Once a month you hand one of those over and a CYB HR professional works it personally: the history, the documentation, what to say and in what order. You choose what it gets spent on, not us.

Questions people ask before they start

How fast do I get an answer?

Most questions are answered the moment you ask them, from our own HR knowledge base. Anything HRHQ cannot answer goes to a CYB HR professional and comes back within one business day, at no extra cost.

Is there a limit on how much I can ask?

No. Ask as much as you want, as often as you want, and a question that has to go to a person is still just a question. The one thing counted is expert reviews: one a month, where someone takes an issue and works it rather than answering a question. That is the part with real hours behind it, so that is the part with a number on it.

What if two things go wrong in the same month?

Ask HRHQ about both, that part is unlimited. If both genuinely need a person, tell us and we will work it out. Annual members have a 13th expert review banked for exactly this, and it does not expire.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. No phone call, no retention conversation. If you cancel today you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.

Is this legal advice?

No. HRHQ is HR guidance from certified HR professionals, and our guidance is backed by employment-law attorneys. When something genuinely needs a lawyer we will tell you that instead of guessing.

What if my question is bigger than HRHQ?

We will say so. Some situations need someone carrying them rather than answering a question, and we would rather point you to the right thing than take $199 for the wrong one.
