HR Power Hour

One hour on the thing keeping you up.

Somebody has to be written up. A termination is coming and you are not sure the file supports it. Someone asked for leave and nobody knows the answer. You do not need a project. You need an hour with someone who has handled it two hundred times.

That hour is with Katie Spadoro, PHR, CYB's founder. Not a coordinator, not an intake call.

$349 one time

One hour, booked at a time you pick. No package, no commitment.

What is included:
  • You send the issue in advance, so the hour starts at the answer
  • A full hour with Katie, not a discovery call
  • A written summary afterward you can act on and forward

What people bring to it

Owners, HR leads and managers all book these. If it is on your desk right now and you do not want to guess, it belongs here.

How it works

Three steps, and the hour is spent solving, not catching up.

1

You book and pay

Pick your time on the spot. No consultation to get to the consultation.

2

You send the issue ahead

A short description and any documents that matter. Katie reads it before you meet, so the hour does not get spent on background.

3

You get the answer, and it in writing

What to do, in what order, and what to avoid. Followed by a written summary you can act on that afternoon and forward to whoever needs it.

The preparation is the point

Most paid advice hours are spent explaining the situation. Sending it in advance is what turns sixty minutes of context into sixty minutes of answers. It is also why one hour is usually enough.

Katie Spadoro, PHR, Founder and CEO of CYB Human Resources

Who you are actually talking to

Katie Spadoro, PHR, founder of CYB Human Resources. Twenty years in HR, most of it with growing businesses that do not have a full-time HR person and cannot afford to get a people decision wrong.

  • PHR certified, with guidance backed by employment-law attorneys
  • Builds the compliant hiring, documentation and termination processes that hold up when they are tested
  • Writes The HR Risk Playbook for Business Owners
  • Works with businesses in every US state

What a Power Hour is not

It is one hour of judgment, not a project.

Nobody writes your handbook in it, runs the investigation for you, rewrites your offer letters, or manages the leave case end to end. Some situations are bigger than an hour, and Katie will tell you so inside the hour rather than after you have paid for more.

It is also not a sales call. You are paying for the hour, so the hour is yours.

Questions people ask before they book

Can we really resolve this in one hour?

Most of the time, yes, and the preparation is why. You send the issue in advance, so the hour starts where a normal call would end. If what you have is genuinely bigger than an hour, you will hear that in the hour, along with what it would actually take.

What do I need to send ahead?

The booking form asks for a short description of what is going on. For anything else that matters to the decision, the write-up, the file, the policy, the email chain, reply to your confirmation email and it goes straight to Katie. Send what you have. She reads it before you meet.

Do I get anything in writing?

Yes. A written summary after the session: what to do, in what order, and what to be careful about. Written so you can forward it to a partner, a manager, or your attorney.

Is this legal advice?

No. This is HR guidance from a certified HR professional, and our guidance is backed by employment-law attorneys. When something genuinely needs a lawyer, you will be told that instead of guessed at.

What if I need more than one?

Three options, and you will be told which one fits. Book another hour. Move to ongoing support. Or, if the situation is genuinely a project, you get a scoped proposal with a price rather than a series of sessions sold an hour at a time.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Reschedule from the link in your confirmation email. New times are at least twenty-four hours out, so same-day moves are not available. Katie prepares for your hour in advance, so a reschedule inside twenty-four hours forfeits the session.

Stop guessing on the one that matters.

One hour with Katie, prepared in advance, and a written summary you can act on.
