HR Projects

One project. One price. One end date.

You do not need ongoing support. You need a handbook that holds up, files that are not a liability, or roles classified correctly before somebody asks.

Build your order below. Tell us your headcount, roles and states, tick what you need, and we will come back within two business days with the real scope and the real number.

Projects start at

$1,500 per project

Fixed fee. Named delivery date. No retainer and no contract.

Build your order
  • A written scope before you pay anything
  • A delivery date in the agreement
  • Your documents, yours to keep

When a project beats a partnership.

Both are real. The difference is whether what you need has an end.

A project is right when

  • You can name the thing you need finished
  • Somebody asked for a document you do not have
  • You are about to hire, expand or restructure
  • You have HR covered day to day and need one gap closed
  • You want a fixed price and a date

A partnership is right when

  • Employee issues keep landing on your desk
  • You need someone to call, not a document
  • Managers are making people decisions without guidance
  • The problem is not finite, it is Tuesday
  • You want it off your desk rather than done once

Not sure which one you are?Build the order anyway. If what you have described is really ongoing support, we will tell you that, instead of selling you three projects.

Build your order

Four short steps.

Nothing is charged here. You are sending us a scope, and we come back with the real number within two business days.

Build your ideal plan. Nothing is locked in. We will send a proposal and you decide what to keep.

1. Your company

These four answers set the price on almost every project, so they come first.

2. What you need done

Every starting price names the unit of work it covers. Go over the unit and we flag it here, so nothing is a surprise later.

The menu covers work that fits a line item. The projects worth the most usually do not. Describe it and we will scope and price it.

3. Timing
4. Where to send the scope

Two business days. No sales sequence. If a project is not the right answer, we will say so.

What moves the price.

Eight things, published, because "why is mine more than theirs" should answer itself before you get on a call.

Headcount

W-2 employees only. People on 1099 never count toward a band.

Distinct roles

Classification work is priced per role, not per person.

States

Every state adds a body of law to read your documents against.

Legal entities

Entities multiply a review rather than adding to it.

Customized or templated

Both are legitimate. We will tell you which one your situation needs.

System configuration

We price the thinking and the documents. Building the same thing inside your HRIS, ATS or payroll system is scoped separately, after we see the system.

Condition of what exists

Rebuilding from nothing and fixing something good are different jobs.

People to interview

Some projects need conversations, not just documents.

How it works.

1

You send the order

The form above. Five minutes, and it tells us your headcount, roles, states and entities before we ever speak.

2

We review the scope

Within two business days you get the real scope, the fixed fee and the delivery date. Not a range.

3

You approve and we start

One agreement, one price, one date. The clock starts when the documents we need arrive.

4

We build it

A certified HR professional does the work, with employment-law attorney backing where the situation needs it.

5

You get a handover, not a file drop

A working session on what we built, what it changes, and what to do next. A document nobody explains gets filed and forgotten.

If it is not on the list.

The menu covers work that fits a line item. The highest-value projects usually do not.

Custom projects we build regularly

  • Stabilizing a business through a workforce reduction with dates already on the calendar
  • Rebuilding HR after the person who held it together leaves
  • Standing up HR in a new state before the first hire there
  • Untangling a workforce that is part W-2 and part 1099 doing the same work
  • Getting a company ready for a buyer's due diligence

Scoped from scratch and quoted as a fixed fee per phase. Tell us the situation in the order form and we will price it.

What is not included in any project

  • Ongoing support between projects. That is a partnership.
  • Legal advice or representation. We coordinate with employment counsel, we are not your lawyer.
  • Building the deliverable inside your HRIS, ATS or payroll system, unless separately scoped.
  • Reconstructing historical wage and hour records.
  • Payroll tax filings or state registrations.

Naming this up front is why our fixed fees stay fixed.

Stop carrying the one you keep putting off.

Build the order, and in two business days you will know exactly what it takes and exactly what it costs.
